Diagnostic Fee (Non-Warranty Repairs)

A non-refundable diagnostic fee of $60 is required for all gear checked in for repair. This fee will be applied toward your total repair bill.

Electronic Repair Service Hourly Rates

• $99/hr: For most guitar and bass amplifiers (both tube and solid state), Hi-Fi tube gear, and passive speakers.
• $129/hr: For most powered speakers, mixers, studio monitors, signal processors, synthesizers, keyboards, and electric pianos.

Rush Services

Need your gear diagnosed quickly? Our Rush Service moves your equipment to the next available repair bench for diagnosis. Please note, this is a guarantee of expedited diagnosis, not completion. The rush fee is non-refundable and in addition to the diagnostic fee.

• Level 1 Rush – $50: Covers most guitar amps (tube & some solid state).
• Level 2 Rush – $100: Covers most powered speakers/subwoofers, studio monitors, studio equipment, large solid-state amps, synthesizers, keyboards, electric pianos, and mixers.

Re-Tube & Bias Service Rates
(Typical turnaround: 1-5 business days)

• $60 Flat Rate: For tube amplifiers up to 120 Watts RMS.
• $99 Flat Rate: For tube amplifiers over 120 Watts RMS.
